NRA sterling silver silverware.most new in plastic. 21 pieces

so I have this set of 21, most new in plastic, sterling silver (92.5%) These were awarded at shooting competitions for points earned.some of the open ones need a polish, but i see no pitts. these are made by manchester and are all marked stearling, except the knives which have stainless blades and since, cannot be marked stearling from what ive been told. I'm trying to decide if i should sell these for melt, or if the nra logo brings any extra value. melt price looks to be around 700.00 for all 21 pieces. I will sell the set for 750.00 cash. having trouble with pics, but can text or email.
