The NRA doesn't always have our best interests at heart.
So, a guy who was either fired or had to resign from the NRA and wasn't happy about it, is an example of the NRA seeking gun control?
Read the whole story. Yes, this guy is a former employee. But his book doesn't paint a pretty picture either. And the NRA has shown more than once that they don't have a problem with "common sense" gun laws. I am a member but I don't just blindly support them either. Say what you will, but the NRA has NOT always had our best interests at heart.
That doesn't change the fact that membership dues paid his salary for a while. Makes you wonder about their hiring process. So, a guy who was either fired or had to resign from the NRA and wasn't happy about it, is an example of the NRA seeking gun control?
like any organization
The NRA is pro NRA.
The leadership is to corrupt for me, I hope they straighten it out, we do need the lobbyists. As well they should be.
As I am pro me. (But not exclusively). Otherwise, I'd been dead long ago.
We are damned lucky they are.

That's the thing. As long as people need them, they can pretty much do whatever they want. Until some other group achieves the same level of hate from the left, the NRA gets my dollar.
