From what I read this is an internal pissing match between Chris Cox and some of the board members. Seems that back when Sotomayor was being vetted some of the board members spoke out against her appearing to be speaking for the NRA. I kinda sounds like Chris Cox is a control freak or maybe just wants final right of approval on any communications that might have the appearance of being the official position of the NRA.
