Arizona's summer has been pretty mild this year but I could do without the fires‘Nowhere is safe’: heat shatters vision of Pacific north-west as climate refuge

"Wether" we like it or not.Summer is hot and winter is cold, who woulda thunk it?
Climate is what we want, weather is what we get.
Every vehicle I buy that is the only thing I demand or its a deal breaker. I want AC. I HATE the noise of driving with windows down. So I pretty much don't care about anything else but, vehicle has to have AC for me.My Dodge pickup got its first AC recharge since 2003, as an old man I find I now want the comfort of AC.
I was used to being hot until I got old and Oregon rarely got hot enough for me to need AC. Even working in Eastern Oregon in summer I found AC was hard to live with as it changed body temp too much.Every vehicle I buy that is the only thing I demand or its a deal breaker. I want AC. Up 2 degrees f in the last century according to globalchange.gov. as I search for the average temp in the state of Oregon, the data is between 50 and 55 degrees. 2 degrees seems to be smaller than the margin of error. Blistering pavement indeed.‘Nowhere is safe’: heat shatters vision of Pacific north-west as climate refuge

It is the same with my penny pinching parents in Southern Oregon. This is my wife anytime we visit them in the SummerIt is true, my sister is the tightest penny pincher, and this last heat wave, she turned on her central air for the first time since she bought her house 21 years ago. My mom called and told me about it and was worried that my sister was mentally ill. LOL
