ANOTHER CIVIL RIGHTS VICTORY: Brownback signs bill that allows permit-free concealed carry of guns in Kansas. "The new law, which kicks in July 1, makes Kansas the sixth state to allow 'constitutional carry.' It will allow Kansans 21 and older to carry concealed firearms regardless of whether they have obtained a permit. Training still will be required for anyone who wants to carry a concealed gun in the 36 states that accept Kansas permits."

There were 36 States which accepted KS permit. What will happen to those relationships?
The article states "training will be required" but I am not so certain.
If you have a KS permit, I suggest you keep tabs.

the only thing about constitutional carry that needs to be fixed is repealing the GFSZ law....

Should be 7, but Idaho Legislature continues to ignore the Idaho Constitution, with help from the NRA. (For elucidation on the latter, read your NRA-ILA report on ID HB0301 (2015).

Repealing the GFSZA affects only those States with constitutional carry. Other States require some form of license regardless of the status of the GFSZA for carrying, some for concealed, some for open.

Constitutional carry does not issue a license to carry, including visitors. GFSZA requires a license to carry in any manner within a school zone. So until the GFSZA is repealed, all persons including out of state visitors pretty much cant go anywhere without illegally entering a school zone. Everyones screwed.

As it should be in all 50 states !!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is the 2nd Amendment.............!!
