New and un built on. I bought this a bunch of years back to swap out my Mil Spec Noveske upper and I thought it would look great with the forged Gen 2 lower. The Vltor MUR is a forged upper receiver cryo quenched for added strength over most billet made upper receivers.... Anyways, I'm sure you know all about it if you are at all interested.
