WTT OR Noveske 11" M-Lok NSR for Same but 13.5"

I have a Noveske 11" M-Lok NSR rail that I purchased from Noveske last month. It went to a class this weekend, so it may have picked up a little wear; I haven't given it a thorough inspection yet. I'd like to trade for a 13.5" M-Lok NSR rail. I'll add the retail difference in cash to the trade, assuming comparable condition.
