i will give him credit for calling the police on his own ND. most of the NDs where police have been involved, that i've seen/heard about, somebody OTHER than the shooter had to make the call, and sometimes while bleeding.

idiot, for sure. totally inexcusable, for sure. but i'm having a hard time with the slew of charges... really? he didn't shoot anyone- he did $5 worth of sheetrock damage, and probably $450 worth of TV damage. if you ram your car into somebody's fence, you don't get charged with a crime (so long as you weren't drunk or admit to doing it intentionally)... you just have to buy a new fence. you COULD have killed somebody's kid, but you didnt. you COULD have run over somebody's dog, but you didnt. you just did some property damage.

i hate seeing things enhanced simply because a scary gun was involved. just my 2 pesos.
