Norinco type 56s-2 price?

I am looking to get a price quote on a norinco type 56s-2. My nephew is selling it to me but we don't know what a good price is for it. I have seen them for as little as $1100 and as high as $2300. It is unfired in the box but missing a lot of the factory gizmos that came with it. Gun is in perfect condition and it needs to be in my collection. Let me know if anyone has any information I should know. Thank you.

I normally go off of gun brokers prices. There's a norinco 56 on gun broker now unfired with box an accessories an no ones bid on it. It's at $999.00

I look on gunbroker but I can't seem to find this rifle on there. I'm thinking $1600 is a decent price for an unfired type 56s-2
