I've never traded a firearm before but I understand an FFL dealer is required to make it legal.

I'd prefer to barter for gunsmith services, ammunition, .22LR Rifle/pistol, or scope but I'm open to just about anything. I've no idea what it's worth so I guess it's whatever someone is willing to trade for it.

*Washington has a 10rd magazine restriction so I don't know if those can legally be part of the deal or just what to do with them.

No the opposite. Washington is probably a week or 2 from passing an assault weapons ban. It bans the SKS by name.
