Not that readily familiar with WA (have a non-resident CCW/CPL) laws, but do read the book on them before I travel. I also have a non-resident Utah & Arizona CCWs/CPLs. I have a small hard sided lockable case I store handguns in for travel. One is in each of my two vehicles, secured to a structure part of the vehicle itself with a heavy duty bicycle cable lock. Always carry a trigger lock. Firearm in the case is unloaded. Case does carry 4 mags. Meets California and TSA requirements. I also have an envelope with print outs of various documents from the states I travel thru.
