no reply available for classified

Is anyone else missing the reply box in the classified section? Also reply with quotes is there but gives you an error page saying you don't have permissions. Reply selection is available in other sections just not the classified section.

Now it seems that when I try to look for my ad in oregon ad search it isn't there, but the general tri state has it. What gives?
