Hooray, we won't be inundated with political ads until the next election. I feel a great sense of relief.

Our other troubles (regulation, lawsuits, anti-gun activists) will continue, but the internet and airwaves will not be wasting our time with the messaging.

Yep. I could have wallpapered my entire house with all the junk mail we rec'd. I got very few texts and no phone calls, which is good. I know other people were not so lucky. The most interesting thing were several handwritten postcards from volunteers urging my wife to vote. I had never seen anything like this. Of course, I think "they" profiled me and decided they didn't care if I stayed home on election day or not.

No, they used lists provided by the Democrat Secretary of State that refuses to examine, let alone purge voter rolls. Instead of bashing volunteers that donated their time and money to support the cause, perhaps you should examine your actions and what contributions you provided. Your little island doesn't mean squat to the dems in power and they will laugh as they roll over you. 90% of the effort this election was defense. To talk down to those running the phone banks, hand writing post cards, knocking on doors, and performing many of the necessary functions is just plain wrong.

I swear, the best thing a person can do for themselves and their family is to go out to their garage, get a hammer, and put it right through the screen of their TV.

Made the best choice ever. Left for Europe beginning of October, didn't arrive back until two days before the election. Missed all the holliganism! Except for one encounter with a couple of guys in Dodona, Greece who (recogzing I was American) kept peppering me with, "You vote Donald Trump! You vote Donald Trump!" Other than that, politics free for a month was wonderful!

Not an excellent post! No where did he say anything that you are accusing him of and I too feel his pain with being bombarded with "too much".

The problem with this last election and quit a few before it, is that we all forgot that our neighbors are still our fellow Americans. There is too much hate and that needs to get toned way down. Laugh a little, take a break from the news/tv. Go outside and enjoy some target time. Smile and say hello.

Take a walk on a nice fall day, enjoy the colors and the fact that you're still in this side of the grass. Don't let politics dominate your life. It's a facet of your life but shouldn't dominate it.

Look what happened, Biden says Trump is a nazi, he's Hitler, he's a threat to democracy…. Yet invites him to the White House, welcomes him back, and generally looked very happy…

It's all kabuki theater, tune it out. What the MSM has to say has exactly zero value. And now democrats are starting again with the "Russian Operative" bs…. Turn it off, tune it out. We're in for four more years of Russian collusion…. I'm going to walk the dog and enjoy what's left of the fall colors.
