No Oregon tax booklets?

I must have missed the memo. Went to the library to get the tax forms and booklets and found out that Oregon has gone to online filing. I just went to the filing page and they want me to file through a third party for a fee. It used to take me just several minutes to fill out the forms and now I have to pay someone else to do it?

There must be something that I missed, in addition to the last something that I missed.

I just filed using the form online, instructions too.
Printed it out, attached docs, mailed it in.
Done deal.
I'm not paying for e-file.
