PS.....not that I'm in agreement but.....(commentator said) threatening? Why would you call it that? Would a court agree? Yeah.....the people sitting at the table didn't think anything of it. That is.....until the police escalated the incident.

OMG!! Yeah...the lawyers of the family (of the deceased suspect) would probably claim that. Not to mention racial extractions of those involved. And the city would probably gladly pay off the family.
