That looks like a Colt 6520 with an aftermarket handguard. Check the barrel. It should say 5.56, so it would actually be chambered in 5.56 (its a Colt thing). A great price for a great, currently unavailable, rifle.

I've never heard of a .223 ONLY Colt AR.
