Massachusetts Supreme Court says there is no constitutional right to have a Taser because stun guns weren't invented in 1789

The court refers the matter to the legislature.

Remember, the next time you're in Massachusetts... unless you're nailing a notice to a tree, printing a newspaper or shouting in the town square there is no free speech and the contents of your computer and cell phone aren't protected from unreasonable searches.
Given their stated reasoning, their position on carrying a swords, spears or crossbows would be....?

And yet the voters in those states do absolutely nothing to stop them - they just keep voting the same folks back in, knowing full well they're going to get reamed from behind. The stupidity of the average voter is truly staggering at times.
