Am I right in assuming that the Oregon Legislature adjourned without voting on SB 1551, Universal background Checks? Victory (temporarily)?

I don't see the OFF stickey anymore. Am I just having a brain fart or has it disappeared?

I found it under Legal and Political however I do not see a current update on the bill. It is my understanding that it never made it out of legislation.

It is a link that is directly below the Legal and Political link on the main page (a subheading) as well as above all of the other links on the Legal and Political page as well.

There was no vote. The bill was in the Rules committee when they adjourned.

You're safe this legislative cycle... Next year is the "long session" cycle, so catch up on your sleep, take your vitamins, and do your stretching/warm-up excerises, because this crap will raise its head again and they'll have longer to futz around with it.
