I do know one thing for sure, the headspace is spot on. I used them fancy headspace gauges when I rebarreled it.

And like I said, I only ever had any sticky extraction near the ends of mags. Load up again and it'd be smooth right up until that second to last or last shot. So it's not your head spacing work that's the issue there. Likely just the break in. And honestly it was only my friend that got unlucky on two hard ones. xD But that might be because of not being used to working an enfield bolt.
