NJ Gun Laws

Hi, I was looking to buy a new stock for my Bushmaster XM-15-e2s but according to NJ it has so be factory fixed. The Magpul PRS® PRECISION-ADJUSTABLE STOCK – AR15/M16 (5.56X45) MODEL is classified as fixed on their site but I'm not sure what NJ says? Anyone have any input? Thanks

How about asking someone in NJ in case you missed the title of this gun forum Northwest Firearms asking someone as far away as the pacific NW to answer a NJ state question is well lets say not the most efficient way unless your trolling instead of shooting
