One of my ffl dealer friends received this the other day..
Deals with entity to contact for ALL handgun transfers including CPL's and "Other". Other includes frames & receivers.
This whole transfer/BGC stuff is going to be a stinking nightmare. I have no idea how any ffl dealers are going to be able to legally comply starting July 1 and remain in business. More so in light of the failure of the state to yet provide 'legal & lawful guidance' (if I understand 1639 correctly).
