Nice Mount for 30mm Scope to 3/8 Dovetail?

Hello:

I have a Steiner P4xi scope I want to mount to a CZ-452 American LH but can't seem to find rings worthy of the rifle and scope. Are there any really high-quality mounts for this application?

Not sure what to make of this. 452 American is 3/8 dovetail, and I can't readily tell which of those scopes are 30mm.

I've got Talley's on my 512 with a burris scope work great never move. if not get a 419 base and use whatever rings you want.
