I just got this and it's NIB/Unfired. It's stainless and I bought it as a factory blemished model, so I got it for a great price. It has a full factory warranty except for cosmetics. There are a few marks that I tried to show, but they're very minor. I bought it for a woods gun so I wasn't concerned with appearance, but in fact it looks really good and the trigger is excellent. I tried to show the marks, but couldn't get them to show up in the pics.
I'm selling it for less than I paid for it because I just bought another pistol and have a rifle on layaway, so I can put the cash to good use.
