WTS OR NIB Dillon RL 450. $300

Did you ever consider this as an option: Dillon RL 450 Upgrade Frame Change Kit (20094): Reloading: Reloading Machine Upgrades & Updates at Dillon Precision you would have the best of both worlds.

I upgraded a 500 to a 550b configuration getting all my parts from Dillon Precision but look and the Inline Fabrication offerings.

I seen that but basically your replacing the entire press. I'd rather sell it and get the $700 kited out 550. This press as is would be perfect for some guys. I've been tempted to keep it for 223 only but than I'd have 3 presses.
