I think they have just been inundated with the new eForm process applications. Promises of 90 day turnarounds lit up the populace.

Just got my stamp today after 374 days. Form 4 individual.

Ouch! My early February e-file was around 120 days. I'm currently at 120 days in a different one. I expect at least another month.

I called the NFA Branch number, and all they could tell me was that both are still pending. I was told I can "Ask the Expert" if I want to find out more about the status of my forms. We'll see when they get back to me on that inquiry.

I'd try going through my congresscritter, but he's a (D) and rather anti-gun...

What's weird is my friend and I made inquiries about our status and we both magically received our stamps two weeks later. Maybe a coincidence.

that is exactly what happened to me on a SBR. Was like a year in, contacted my local reps office and magically it was approved a week or so later.

My understanding and experience is that OSP check is not required. You have to fill out the form but the check is not required.
