That's because they have a new computerized system that was very expensive to slow down approvals.Seeing alot of paper form 4s coming in 13-14 months
I think they have just been inundated with the new eForm process applications. Promises of 90 day turnarounds lit up the populace. That's because they have a new computerized system that was very expensive to slow down approvals.
Ouch! My early February e-file was around 120 days. I'm currently at 120 days in a different one. I expect at least another month.Still waiting on two efiled Form 4s. Both certified Feb 7, so coming up on 180 days
What's weird is my friend and I made inquiries about our status and we both magically received our stamps two weeks later. Maybe a coincidence.I called the NFA Branch number, and all they could tell me was that both are still pending. I was told I can "Ask the Expert" if I want to find out more about the status of my forms. We'll see when they get back to me on that inquiry.
I'd try going through my congresscritter, but he's a (D) and rather anti-gun...
I'll let y'all know if that happens with mine, but I'm not optimistic. What's weird is my friend and I made inquiries about our status and we both magically received our stamps two weeks later. Maybe a coincidence.
that is exactly what happened to me on a SBR. Was like a year in, contacted my local reps office and magically it was approved a week or so later. What's weird is my friend and I made inquiries about our status and we both magically received our stamps two weeks later. Maybe a coincidence.
Transfer pending with OSP for a week now.My Sandman S just got approved. Form 4, 385 days, paper, individual.
My understanding and experience is that OSP check is not required. You have to fill out the form but the check is not required.Transfer pending with OSP for a week now.
Depends on if it is an individual or a trust. That is correct for an individual but not for a trust. My understanding and experience is that OSP check is not required. You have to fill out the form but the check is not required.
Darn it, I think my old timers is acting up again..... I have a feeling we have had this discussion before..... Now that you say that.Depends on if it is an individual or a trust. That is correct for an individual but not for a trust.
I wouldn't be surprised that Threat Dynamics is bubbleguming this up for me for the third time now.Depends on if it is an individual or a trust. That is correct for an individual but not for a trust.
Wait, are you saying it's not required for an individual? Do you know where I can look that up?410 days and counting for paper indiv. form 4.
