As far as I know it is a factory rifle, I bought it recently, but have decided I have plenty of AR's and want to build a long range bolt gun and or precision .22

Just to let you know OP, I'm pretty sure that is an UU kit gun. Absolutely nothing wrong with them and I have a couple. You can verify by calling LT with the serial number but there is a price difference.
