Up for sale is this brand new/unfired psa shorty upper. The hand guard was swapped to the MOE SL (vs the MOE) and mlok QD sling mount added. Tossing in a used milspec charging handle from a recent takeoff for free. Overall length just a hair under 17 inches. Nothing wrong with it, just recently upgraded to something else.
