Did you know that in Multnomah County it is against the law to have loaded magazines, revolver cartridges in a speed loader or speed strip while in public even if you don't have a firearm with you? That includes having a loaded magazine you forgot about in your car while traveling through Portland.

As of 2019 Oregon and Washington have what is called a State Preemption where these silly little local laws do not apply to those of us who have an Oregon Concealed Carry License or Washington Concealed Pistol License.

Since Oregon and Washington do not recognize each other licenses it is best to get both
