New (To Me) Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x50

My thanks to @eightyeight mag for a great buy on a great optic.

My experience with Vortex optics, albeit limited, has been very good. Their products are of very high quality at a very reasonable price. I'll be certain to look at Vortex first for any future optics.

Anyway, eightyeight mag was offering up a Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x50 with the VPlex reticle. Just the optic I was looking for to extend my Ruger SR556's reach with predictable accuracy. And, since my experience with Team Warne mounts has been just as good, I got one of their XSKEL mounts.

Got it all put together and bore sighted today. I believe I am going to enjoy this setup.

LOL...I needed the .75" Brownell's riser to get the proper cheekweld and sight picture.
