S&W owns Thompson Center now so they gave the LRR a S&W performance center trigger.

That fluted barrel is easy on the eyes too . Nice setup

The deal closed in January of 2007.
S&W closed the Rochester NH plant in 2010.

Bittersweet....

Now back to this awesome rifle. It takes standard AICS style mags. I have a "bob sled" in mine that allows single shot for bullets seated too long for the mag. Very versatile. Factory ammo is pretty good as well. No need to reload to get great results. I've shot mine at 600 yards with factory Hornady ammo just to make a point.
