The XDs an awesome pistol. I purchased the XDs then found an M&P shield. I chose the Shield because it feels like the M&P pro I use for USPSA. Thanks for the input.

It is blued, wife bought one there last week it didn't even make it to the case. That is one of the best shooting compacts ever, she still wants a shield so she may have lost the xds.
