New rules for bumping classified ads?

I no longer see a rule for bumping ones own ad, Some people have been doing it daily others weekly. Is there still a duration rule?

Yeah the people that do it daily or every couple of days that have five 6 or 10 or more ads and they bump it all at once, I just don't look at any of that stuff

They can only be bumped every so many hrs or days according to the persons level and it is controlled automatically. Can't bump unless it lets you.
Hit the bump command and it tells people how long they have to wait.
