Recently moved from Bend to Lincoln city, Would like to know also. welcome to the forum.

Found this on another post while searching.........I'm visiting in a couple weeks as well. I called and asked the USFS Hebo Ranger Station and was told I can look for shooting areas in the National Forest area off NF-1726, which is off NE Devils Lake Road -> Osterman Cabin Rd. Can any locals or visitors confirm?

Might try it out this weekend. Will let you know if I make it out there.
