Used to browse for info. Randomly came across again while searching for an answer to a question, figures I'd join.
Live in Vernonia, Oregon. Grew up here, lived most of my 20s in Portland and have been back here for 11 years or so.
Grew up shooting guns. I remember living on a old dairy farm when I was 5 and shooting my dad's Ruger .22 mag in the backyard. Basically only shot 22s and my dad's 1903 until my teens. We were pretty poor so couldn't afford to buy anything new. Got distracted by skateboarding, guitar, and girls in my early teens. Late, started geeking out playing airsoft and doing WWII reenacting which got me back into firearms.
Been collecting since(only have sold a couple due to finances).
Money will always be an issue but I make do. Hah.
Anyway, hello to all. Here's to expanding my technical knowledge which I admit is lacking.
