Nice Kimber. Have you tried it with some target loads. Much easier to shoot. I like the
200 grain Semi wadcutter and 4 grains of bullseye. One of my favorite loads I have used
for many years. It has worked in every 45 I have tried it in using standard recoil springs.
 
I just used some cheap reloads I got from my store. Nothing fancy just your normal cap and ball.
Being familiar with that particular pistol configuration I'd be happy with minute of coffee can at seven yards. It is after all a defensive arm.
ya I do need to remember that, because yesterday I sure didn't. From 21 feet I was able to hit some old pieces of brick I had laying close by.
