I am looking to sell a new in box Aero Precision (in)complete upper - M4E1 Enhanced 16" in 5.56 with the 15" Quantum M-Lok handguard

The most notable thing about this upper is that the octagonal handguard has 7 M-Lok mounting surfaces
I bought this a couple months ago for a build I have been planning, but I decided to build around a shorter barrel length.
Asking $400 cash, but would possibly also consider some kind of trade/barter for other parts (particularly interested in a nice QD 30mm scope mount, a high end ambi lower, high end flashlights).
Would prefer to sell locally and avoid dealing with shipping.
