New here and needing some help

Hi I'm new here. My name is James. I heard about the site from a fellow shooter at at the CVSC range. I am getting ready to install a new free float hamdguard on my DPMS LR-308 and the wrench I bought from cabelas (wheeler) didn't fit the barrel nut. Is there anyone local who has one that might be able to help me get tjis nut off some time this weekend? My new hamdguard will be here Monday and would like to have it done by then. Funds are tight otherwise I would just buy the magpul one from cabelas and give it a shot. If your trusting and would let me borrow it then cool. If not if I could bring it over and get help getting it finger tight that would be the best as I have the tool to put the new one on. I was able to use the wheeler one on my AR15 but for some reason it won't fit the 308.

Nevermind... I got this figured out. New hamdguard is installed now and waiting for a range day real soon.
