New guy moving back to WA.

Couple of questions:
1. I am moving back to WA in a couple weeks and am going to go through the process of CPL.

2. Is there a minimum residency requirement to apply and

3. Is there a minimum time of residency before purchasing/selling/trading firearms?

I have been a resident with previous CPL's without issues, but haven't resided in the state since 2015.

Any help would be appreciated.

To buy, I think you only need proof of residency and that new class certificate business, then wait a week or two…
