Hi all, Long time gun enthusiast, started with hunting firearms, clays games, then DCM, shooting Mil type Rifles and drawing ammo every month via Congress (the good old days) Idpa, and now mostly hunt and shoot on my Farm in hills of KY. I have lived alot of places including CA. and read on a lot of online forums to stay informed.

This is the best place to hang out on the internet.

I know that you're not in the Oregon/ Washington area but we've found the best way to meet the community and learn where and how to use public lands responsibly is through grass roots involvement.

Before someone chimes in... I'm from the Carolinas but the only places hiring when I punched out from the Navy was AOL and Intel Corp. Guess I picked the right horse

. I know a lot of the East doesn't have public lands. Doesn't change the message.

Welcome to NWFA. It's a great bunch of friendly folks here. I've learned a lot from them. Occasionally, I get to help, too. In that spirit of helpfulness, here's what I see when visiting the site on my laptop (it might be displayed differently on a smartphone):

When logged in to my account, I see "Like Quote Reply" near the bottom-right of each post in a thread. When I'm not logged in (as with a borrowed computer), I only see "Reply" at the bottom.

Unfortunately, that is most likely not very helpful you, because you couldn't be posting comments unless you're logged in. And you've been posting comments.

Thanks for that info SCG. I am going to assume the like is reserved for when they cut the tail of my shirt off, because I do see Quote and Reply @ bot L.
