New guy from Greater Seattle

Howdy,

I live about 40 min northeast of Seattle. New here, just heard about the forum from a friend. I'm excited and nervous about the classifieds....

I am mostly an upland bird hunter and clay shooter so I'll be in the shotgun forums mostly. For the next couple months I'll be out in the woods a few times a week chasing Grouse and Quail.

However, I do have a few handguns for personal defense. I most recently picked up an old (1986) S&M Mountain Gun which is a milled out version of the 4 inch N Frame 4.4 mag. I run it with buffalo bore broad nose hard casts. I spend a lot of time in the woods and got this for anything/ anyone unsavory that I cross paths with.

Greater Seattle, as in 45 min + outside of Seattle, is great. We love living in the middle of nowhere. Seattle proper is a crap hole that I had the pleasure of living in for 2.5 years. If your really into homeless people, egomaniacs, needles, terrible drivers, lawmakers that know nothing about guns and overpriced food then it's heaven.
