Hey guys I found the site on google when I was looking for info on AR Pistols.

Anyways glad to have found a more local forum.

I'm a 1911 kind of guy, own a few, carry one everyday. I just got my first AR, a buddy and I made a deal that if he got a 1911 I would get an AR. Needless to say he got one so I was going to build an AR, then I found a RRA predator pursuit. The rifle was pretty much everything I was looking for and nothing I wasn't. I'm not really into the tacticool thing and was looking for something that would shoot half way decent (I've only owned Remington model 700's)

Here's a few pictures since I know everyone likes pictures.
    My EDC, Ruger CMD.

(The grips in this picture are not finished)

My newest addition predator pursuit rifle.

Im happy with the AR, I had to shorten up my rounds to make them fit in the mags (something I didn't have to deal with in a bolt gun) found a load with 50grain vmax bullets that shoot just as good out of the bolt gun.
This is 5 shots at 100 yards from a bipod

Welcome to the forum nick....Nice pics. What grips do you have on the 1911? They look pretty sweet.

Welcome! Spent a lot of time in E-burg and Yakivegas in the day. Lots of time in the LT Murray too. Learned to fly at McAllister Flying when the ol'man was there. Good times...

I make the grips myself, the first picture in Amboyna burl, the picture with the AR the wood is acrylic stabilized redwood burl. Both sets are slims.

I grew up in sumner/puyallup area, moved over here about 5 years ago to get away from the traffic and people.

Thanks. Just something I try to squeeze in on my little bit of free time besides shooting and loading.
