I just used "A Cut Above Pawn" actually located in Beverton, OR. They raised their prices at the beginning of this year.

At any rate, I paid $40 to bring in two Mosin Nagants through them.

First firearm = $25
Extra firearms at the same time = $15 each

I was happy.
