I'll disclose here that I hid a number of weapons sealed in military grade space containers under a buddies old barn after the ban and then returned for them a few years after we moved up here for good. Quite an experience in a supposed "free country"..

Youre gonna find plenty of those in Cabelas and some other gun stores near you. Glock is one of the popular makers so it should be easy to find some.

The problem is that most Californians leave California for all the proper reasons then immediately Start to vote in all the California like politicians. In California most of the gun owners are anti gun.

Nope would rathet vote for someone based on merit and not where they are from. It has been very hard to vote for anyone lately.

I don't agree. Most California anti gun laws are never put to a vote. They are forced into law by the state. Even the Republicans are liberal in California. Whatcha gonna do?

Things are much less strict here. In California, all sales, including sales from one private party to another, have to go through a FFL. That isn't true here. You can buy any firearm, even a handgun but not including NFA (full auto) firearms, face to face from another Oregonian with no paperwork. If you buy from a store you have to fill out a Form 4473 but there is no 10-day waiting period. After you pass the instant background check you can take your new purchase home immediately.

Almost everything you had to put up with in California you no longer have to put up with, and everything you couldn't have in California you can now get.
