I was able to test drive the final pre production by chance went I stopped by there plant on another issue.

Pro
No vertical grip, I had the old model and gave it a go. I guess I'm just not a VG guy. Sold it and wished they had a different option.

Pro #2
No wires or dumb pressure pads. They get tangled and the sticky always comes off at some time.

Con
Grip angle...... this was the final change and it would take me some getting use to.

I'm sure they may offer some different angle or a way of changing the angle.
Maybe an adjustable back strap, I told them of this option after handling it.

As this is one of the 1st changes a owner does.

It's a Great system... just gonna wait untill they offer the adjustable option.
As the angle is just enough for me to pass on the 1st gen of production.

Interesting system, thanks for posting up the review & info.

Harsh price point for us at this time though, so we'll likely hold out for the 2nd or 3rd generation on it to pick one up.

I'd also be curious as to how 300 lumens does in real world distance applications with a rifle. I suppose it could be helped with the lens.

-Run a TLR-HL on the house/camp handgun, and at 800 lumens its perfect. Could get by with much lower lumens at handgun distance though.
