I recall a while back when WA allowed NFA items again, there was some hangup that allowed them but prohibited manufacturing of them

With the new brace rule, if one chooses to do the SBR route, are they then "manufacturing" an SBR... Which is not legal in WA?

Did I miss something or are Washingtonians out of luck here?

Theres this....

But section 2 below contracdicts this.

I recall the law changing and the language being written in a way that prohibited manufacture... I remember having a PPS and wanting to SBR it, but wasnt permitted to at the time.

Seems theyve corrected that

For reference...

This is what I was talking about...

There was a time after SBRs were allowed that you could not assemble or manufacture one in the state of WA. Apparently the language was fixed two years later.
