Both upper and lower are factory built units. 5.56/.223 Chrome Moley barrel with M4 feed ramps. Detachable Carry Handle with rear sight and new removable Steel UTG Front Folding Sight (Gas Block Height). New M4 4 Position Stock. Barrel is 1/9 Twist. Again, totally new and ready to be broken in ....... comes with two (new) 30 round metal (green follower) mags.
