...and my first score off Gunbroker. I call her Maya and she fills the M1891 gap in my Mosin collection. a 1917 Tula "Peter the Great" model. No numbers matching, original finish (Ivan's Flaking Formula Shellac), Imperial eagle still on the receiver and a few repairs done on the stock. It definitely has that "been there,done that" look. I've disassembled it already and cleaning Cosmoline out of all the nooks and crannys. I'm pleased. Now...I'll be on the hunt for the Finnish variants.
