That is VERY close to what they play, in the back ground, at the community acupuncture place I go to. That, and some white noise generators. I would have to say that after getting 40 or so needles inserted the sound(s) do help me get where I need to go for an hour or so. Or, until some moron forgot to shut their phone off!

I don't think too much of listening to it as I'm working, cruising down the road, or reloading though.
