That's COOL!
When I was younger a friend of mine played with large capacitors. He eventually became interested in the Tesla Coil. My friend was nothing "geekish" compared to the friend, my friend, learned from and followed. It was unfortunate to find out one day, that my friends, friend later died from a massive charge he received from a large capacitor bank discharge. We (everyone) was so sad when it happened.
