Need some info on this awesome AR Pistol Bolt Carrier setup.

Can anyone give me any info on this bolt carrier who makes it? And where i can get one? Or purchase a kit with it?
The buffer spring fits around the rear of the bolt carrier, no buffer or buffer retainer, this is why it is able to have a shorter buffer tube soo cool!
The buffer tube has a cap that you unscrew to remove the buffer spring in order to seperate the upper from the lower.

I Looked everywhere online for parts for this setup, maybe someone can help me out?:huh:
